Eva Longoria

Eva Longoria or Eva Jacqueline Longoria Parker was born on March 15, 1975. She was nominated in the Golden Globe Award ‘American’ film. She is also a talented television actress. Eva plays ‘Gabrielle Solis’ in the popular television series called ‘Desperate Housewives’ and also in the movie ‘Over Her Dead Body’. Eva Longoria is acknowledged as a model currently on various top-level advertising campaigns and several men’s magazines. Longoria is very popular due to her well known relationship with the NBA star Tony Parker. They were married in 2007.

Eva Longoria or Eva Jacqueline Longoria Parker was born in Corpus Christi, Texas. Her parents are Mexican America Catholic. Her father Enrique Longoria Jr. was born in Rachal, Brooks County, Texas while her mother Ella Eva Mireles was married in Falfurriasm Brooks County, Texas. Her origins stem from Southern Mexican immigrants who moved to the U.S. Her siblings are Elizabeth Judina, Esmeralda Josephina and Emily Jeannette. Eva’s family worked on a farmland given to them by past relatives. Ella and Enrique strived hard for many years to give their children the best upbringing possible. Eva presented viewers a story of her hard life during the years living as a poor person on Oprah in 2006. She took pictures on the location where the family farm is and presented how hard life was. Longoria admitted that life was very different and a lot easier when she finally found herself in the limelight. During her interview with Dateline’s Stone Phillips, Eva Longoria admitted that she was snubbed by her older sisters and revealed that she was an ugly duckling and how they used to call her ‘la prieta fea’ meaning ‘the ugly dark one’.

Eva Longoria was educated in Marvin P. Baker Middle School and Roy Miller High School. Receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology at Texas A&M University-Kingsville, she gained the title Miss Corpus Christi, USA back in 1998. After finishing college, Eva entered a talent contest bringing her to L.A. Eventually, Eva was discovered and signed to a theatrical agent.

Eva Longoria’s first appearance on television was in 2000 where she scored a guest-starring role in one episode of Beverly Hills 90210. She also appeared as a guest in General Hospital. In that same year Eva was handed a huge break where she was cast in the well known American soap opera, The Young and The Restless. Her role as a psychotic girl Isabella Brana Williams during 2001 to 2003 was acknowledged as one of the “Most Beautiful People” by People en Espanol in 2003.

Eva Longoria married the General Hospital actor Tyler Christopher during January 20, 2002 until January 19, 2004. She was also romantically linked to writer Milan Gracanin, former NSYNC star JC Chasnez, Benjamin Dudash who was a back up dancer of NSYNC, Mousir Syed and Sean Faris although both didn’t admit the romantic link.
